Hi I have the same problem with my 2004 130bhp TDCi Mondy, a low freqency rattle on startup and also a similar resonance at about 1500 -1600 revs, other that that, its quiet and smooth and no other problems. I have unbolted it but it won't go far enough back to pull it out. I've taken out the fuel filter and turbo boost pipe to improve access and I've been wiggling it all ways and can't work out how it wofE.
